Reports and agencies

Client report (under Reports) puts together the citation and mention rates with their 90% range, the weekly evolution with the actions taken, and the changes by question and AI that are larger than the measurement noise. Save it as PDF from the print dialog, share a read-only link or export CSV.

After each weekly check: the main figures, the biggest moves, new questions competitors win, the effect of recent actions and articles waiting for approval. Each person turns it on or off and picks its language. A separate alert can tell you when your AI visibility drops by more than the measurement noise.

In the account menu, Branding & email: your name, logo and colour replace ours on client reports, shared links and the weekly email, and your name is the email sender. Agency accounts and their clients can hide “Powered by”.

Lead capture (account menu, agency accounts) gives you a “Free AI visibility report” widget with your branding for your Framer, Webflow or WordPress site. A visitor enters their website and email, confirms the email and gets the report; you get the lead in Citable, by email and by webhook.

The agency account is free. In the account menu, Clients → Add client creates a workspace of their own for each client, linked to your agency, with your team inside. You set up their site and choose their plan: pay it with your card from Billing, or copy a payment link (Stripe Checkout) and send it to your client. Each client pays their normal plan and add-ons; first subscriptions get the usual free trial.

You earn 20% of every invoice your clients pay, excluding VAT, with no time limit. Clients shows each client's plan, what they pay and your commission this month, in total, pending and paid out. Clients without a brand of their own use your agency's brand.

Team members are unlimited, with roles, on every paid plan: invite them in Team. Affiliate program: if you're not an agency, €20 off your next invoice for each new customer, once they've paid their second invoice.
