Commission is calculated on each invoice paid, excluding VAT and net of refunds, and is held for 60 days before payout. Annual plans pay 10 months: the commission follows what the client actually pays.

€20 off your next Citable invoice for each new customer you refer, once they've paid their second invoice. Five customers, €100 off. If you're an agency, you earn 20% of every payment instead: a client on Growth (€49/month) is worth €9.80 a month to you, about €118 a year, for as long as they pay.
Why after their second payment?
So that a customer who leaves after the first month doesn't cost anything. The free trial and €0 invoices don't count; you can see each referral's progress in Invite and earn.
Who counts as an agency?
Anyone with a free agency account on Citable. Clients you add from your Clients dashboard, and customers who sign up through your link, earn you the agency commission.
How do agencies get paid?
Each commission is held for 60 days after the client's invoice is paid; if the invoice isn't refunded in that time, it becomes available and is paid out with that month's payout, by hand while the program is new. If an invoice is refunded after its commission was paid, the difference comes off your next payout. Everyone else gets the credit automatically on their next invoice.
How long does a click count?
90 days. Whoever clicks your link has 90 days to sign up, and the first referral link they clicked is the one that counts. We count clicks per link with no IP addresses or visitor IDs.
Do I need to be a customer?
You need a Citable account to get your link. Without a plan, your credit is kept until you subscribe.
