Do I have to give access to my Google account?

No. Citable reads the public data of your profile. If Google doesn’t publish something, the page says it can’t be checked from outside.

Why doesn’t the grid include ChatGPT?

Because ChatGPT and Gemini don’t let you set the location of a question, so the grid can only be measured on Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode.

Is it for my kind of business?

If you serve customers in a specific place or area (shops, clinics, studios, restaurants, local services), yes. You mark your site as local in its settings and the Google Business Profile page appears.

Is Citable just an AI article writer?

No. Articles are one of the things it does.
