# Citable > Weekly tracking of whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews mention and cite your site, the gaps where competitors get cited instead, and sourced articles that are verified and published to your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify and more) after an approval window. Citable gets websites cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI, and shows the proof every week. It works with any public website and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, WordPress.com, Ghost, Shopify, Wix, Notion, HubSpot CMS, Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, Storyblok and Medium (existing integration tokens only), and to any stack (Zapier, Make, n8n, a custom blog) through a signed webhook. It runs a weekly loop: measure → find gaps → publish sourced articles and improve pages → re-measure. ## How it measures - 15, 30 or 60 buyer questions per site depending on plan, each with its own language and country. Questions never include the customer's brand. - Each question is asked 3 times per engine every week on every plan (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Perplexity); Business adds Claude, which is asked once a week because each Claude answer runs a web search. Grok (xAI) is a paid add-on: once a week per question, in the site's main country only, through xAI's API with web search. ChatGPT and Gemini are read as a user sees them; Perplexity, Claude and Grok through their model APIs with web search, not their consumer apps. - The three Google surfaces are measured separately: Gemini (Google's AI chat app (gemini.google.com). It is separate from Google Search.), Google AI Overviews (The AI-written summary Google shows above the normal search results, with links to its sources.) and Google AI Mode (The “AI Mode” tab in Google Search: you chat with Google's AI and get an answer with sources instead of a list of links.) - Reports the share of answers that mention the brand and the share that cite the site, with 90% Wilson confidence intervals. It never reports a "position", because answers vary a lot between runs. - Records which competitors and which third-party pages are cited instead, including off-site opportunities. - Full methodology: https://get-citable.com/methodology ## What it does with the gaps - Monthly content plan (every plan) with a stated reason per topic: measured AI gap, Search Console demand, search volume, competitor coverage and buyer intent, on an editable calendar. A research assistant searches the web and proposes questions and topics with sources. - Sourced articles in the customer's brand voice (learned from the site), with verified sources, internal links from the real sitemap, a video only when relevant, a table of contents, FAQPage and Article JSON-LD and an image in the brand palette, in several languages. An automatic verification step flags unsourced numbers and self-ranking lists. - Publishing: articles that pass verification with zero errors are published automatically after an approval window (3 days by default) with a one-click "Don't publish" email. The first 3 articles per site are approved manually, at most one automatic publication per site per day, one-click unpublish for 7 days, per-site pause, and a drafts-only mode. Articles that fail verification stay as drafts. - Improvements to existing pages using Search Console (every plan, with a monthly quota): pages in striking distance, with low CTR, decaying, not cited by AI or with technical issues. Proposals come with sources, nothing live changes until the customer publishes, and the effect is measured. - Authority without link schemes: third-party pages that cite competitors, honest outreach drafts the customer sends, tracking until won (and measured) and curated legitimate directories. No link exchanges, paid links or networks. - Re-measures and shows when a published URL starts being cited. ## Also included - Weekly technical audit with 34 checks, including AI crawler access in robots.txt. - AI traffic analytics: a cookieless script counts visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and other assistants; AI crawler hits only for sites served through Lantis. - White-label client reports (PDF, read-only share link, CSV) and a weekly email digest. - Publishing to Framer and Webflow (native), WordPress, WordPress.com, Ghost, Shopify, Wix, Notion, HubSpot CMS (blog), the headless CMSs Contentful, Sanity, Strapi and Storyblok (you map your content type’s fields; the body goes as Rich Text, Portable Text, Blocks or Markdown), Medium (only with an integration token you already have: Medium no longer issues new ones; the canonical URL points to your site) and a signed webhook for Zapier, Make or your own stack, plus REST hook subscriptions (POST /api/v1/hooks) for Zapier instant triggers. Everything arrives as a draft unless automatic publishing is on (details per platform: https://get-citable.com/integrations). - Public REST API (OpenAPI at /api/v1/openapi.json), a CLI for AI agents and scripts, and signed event webhooks. - Unlimited team members with roles on every paid plan. ## What it does not do - It does not promise rankings or citations. - It does not measure personalised answers of logged-in users. - It does not build links through exchanges, payments or automated placements. ## Pricing (EUR, VAT excluded) Three plans per site with a fixed price: each includes its articles per month and sets how much is tracked; every feature is in all three. - **Starter**: €19/month per site (€190/year with annual billing) — 8 sourced articles a month (≈ 2 a week), 15 questions, 5 AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity), up to 10 competitors, 1 language, weekly measurement.
